SHIPPING INFO

At Knots In-Style, we value each and every customer and strive to deliver your order promptly and securely.
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days, so you can expect your order within 5-7 business days from purchase.

Please note:

International shipping is not currently available.
Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as holidays, weather, or shipping carrier delays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once your order is authorized and payment is verified, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Please note that after payment verification, orders cannot be canceled or changed. However, if you have any concerns or special requests, please contact us promptly, and we will do our best to assist you.

ORDER PROCESSING

We carefully handcraft and prepare your order, which typically takes 3-5 business days to process. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays, so processing and shipping times exclude these days.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please note that total delivery time includes both processing and shipping time.

Shipping times are estimated and start from the date your order ships, not when it was placed. Delivery may take longer than expected due to factors such as invalid addresses, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If you want to track your order, please use the Track Order link provided in your delivery confirmation email.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final except in cases where Knots In-Style made an error, such as shipping a defective or incorrect item.

Please review sizing carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing, feel free to contact us.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is due to an error on our part. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with tags intact.

The following items are non-returnable: swimsuits, lingerie, bodysuits, jewelry, headwraps, hats/beanies, masks, and accessories.

Before returning any item, you must contact us at adrianne@knotjustcrochethere.com to receive the correct return address and instructions. Do not send returns directly to the package address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a mistake by Knots In-Style. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) for returned packages; all return shipping costs must be prepaid.
